Due to the nature of a small business such as ours, all online sales are final. This includes items bought online and picked up in store as well as gift cards.
The only exception is if an item arrives defective or damaged. You must report the damage to us via this email within 7 days of receiving the item. The email must include photos of the damaged item and proof of purchase, such as the invoice or email confirmation. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Photos must include the original packaging. Please keep the original packaging and the item both as it was received until the damage claim is resolved. An eligible refund will be made by the method of payment which you originally used.
In some cases, specific items will require a Return Policy different from above. When that is the case, the Return Policy for that item will be listed in the Item Description and that policy will override this policy.
